The State Legislature has adjourned for the year. They are likely to return later this month to pass a final version of the budget and other conference committee reports. They will return for their full 2026 session on January 13.

The Legislature will return as early as May 28 to finalize the state's $14 billion budget, plus other eligible items (conference committee reports, appointments, etc). Of note, the House and Senate already agreed to the Capital Reserve Budget.
