Happy fiscal new year!
As we embark on a new year, I want to start with a thank you.
We appreciate your support and engagement with Together SC as we went through a major leadership transition this past year.
I am thrilled to be here and working to support you!
We also appreciate your patience as we have surveyed you multiple times for important data, like the Compensation and Benefits Study coming out soon, the multiple pulse polls on federal and state funding, and feedback on the 2025 Summit.
In addition, your input has been invaluable as we work on our new five-year strategic plan.
We are listening and we are responding in this new year.
Our focus is to deliver a year of tools, programming and resources that you most care about:
More networking opportunities;
more regional gatherings;
more free training opportunities for everyone on your team;
more public policy updates and training through new bootcamps;
two new peer networks: the CEO/ED peer network and a reboot of the Volunteer Administrator peer network, in addition to the great peer networks already in place.

Of course, we're hard at work with our steering committee as we plan the 2026 Summit in Greenville for next March!
I am filled with optimism and hope as we plan and work toward building a better future for you and for the South Carolina nonprofit network.
