Join the Black Nonprofit Leaders Group for our annual Spring Symposium. This year’s theme is “Planning on Purpose: Navigating Career Trajectory & Capacity”. This workshop supports the individual and collective growth of Black nonprofit leaders who are looking to thrive in their careers. Presenters will share intentional best practices that will help you develop your individual professional brand while strengthening your professional capacity through anti-burnout and wellness tactics.
This impactful in-person convening allows Black nonprofit leaders statewide to learn and grow with their colleagues. Our Spring Symposiums include panel discussions, thought-provoking workshops, and a safe and secure atmosphere that fosters collaboration and peer-to-peer engagement that will leave Black nonprofit leaders inspired and informed to enact real change in our local communities.
