2027 Together SC Nonprofit Summit Scholarships

Every nonprofit leader deserves a seat at the table. Thanks to the generosity of funders who believe in South Carolina's nonprofit sector, scholarships are available to help nonprofit professionals attend the 2027 SC Nonprofit Summit.

The Summit is where our statewide network comes together to learn, connect, and leave with fresh ideas and renewed energy. Scholarships help remove the financial barriers that keep talented people from being in the room, so the learning can ripple out to organizations and communities across the state.

How scholarships work

Scholarships are funded by Together SC's funding partners. Together SC does not fund scholarships directly. Instead, we manage one simple application process, and our funders select recipients based on their own priorities and available funding.

You can apply for one of these levels of support:

  • Full Summit registration
  • Full Summit registration plus lodging
  • Any level of assistance: choose this if any support would make attending possible

Who can apply

  • You currently work for a nonprofit organization.
  • You have a Together SC account. Together SC membership is not required, and creating an account is free. Create your free Together SC account
  • You complete the full application by the deadline.

Scholarships are not guaranteed. Awards depend on available funding and each funder's eligibility requirements.

What you'll be asked

The application takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Have this information ready:

  • Your contact information, role, and years in the nonprofit sector
  • Your organization's mission, the communities you serve, your annual operating budget, and your goals for the coming year
  • The level of support you're requesting and what makes attending difficult right now
  • What you hope to learn at the Summit and how you'll share it with your organization and community

If you receive a scholarship

  • Claim your award within seven days of notification. Unclaimed awards may be offered to other applicants.
  • Complete a brief post-Summit impact survey within 14 days after the Summit. Your story helps show funders the difference their investment makes.

Open doors for nonprofit leaders

Behind every scholarship is a funder who believes that investing in people strengthens communities. If your organization would like to help a nonprofit leader attend the Summit, we'd love to partner with you. Funders choose the type and number of scholarships they offer, set their own selection priorities, and review applicants through a secure online portal. Together SC handles the rest.
