2025 SC Compensation & Benefits Report

South Carolina’s nonprofit and philanthropic organizations need to know what constitutes competitive wages and benefits if they are to attract and retain the "best and the brightest."

That's why Together SC released its first Compensation & Benefits Report in over a decade back in 2022, and why we've engaged the Riley Center for Livable Communities at the College of Charleston to conduct a new survey in 2025. Over 400 charitable nonprofits that employ one or more professional staff replied to the survey last April. 

The Report is due to be released in the late Summer / early Fall of 2025, and you may pre-order the report today!

If your organization participated in the Study, you may be able to receive this report for free (for members) or at a reduced rate (for non-members). If you do not see the Participant Rate here please make sure you are logged in to your account. Otherwise, please contact staff for assistance.
