Organization Overview
ACM started in 2014 with Nannie Jefferies. She is a Minister, and the Founder & Executive Director of ACM. This is for women who finish their time in Incarceration, and leave in hope of finding a place for help. This is what ACM does. There are 2 homes for them and a 3rd is coming in 2026. There are case managers and volunteers who work with the women and help them get everything they need (license, health, counseling, GED, working, and more).
