This full-day workshop is designed for nonprofits looking to strengthen fundraising effectiveness and build long-term sustainability.
This workshop challenges common assumptions about fundraising, including why events are often ineffective, and focuses instead on relationship-based strategies that drive meaningful results. Topics include assessing your development program, donor communications, moves management, wealth screening and capacity analysis, and best practices for saying thank you in ways that deepen donor loyalty.
Participants will also examine the critical role of the board in fundraising, strategic planning, and capital campaigns, including setting expectations, engaging board members, and leveraging the nomination committee. By the end of the day, attendees will gain practical tools to strengthen donor relationships, engage stakeholders, and plan for long-term sustainability.
