Brief Description of the Project:
We are seeking a consultant that can work with the finance committee (a subset of the board) who is a subject matter expert on nonprofit investment policy strategies, guiding principles for investments and possible conversion to an endowment. We are seeking to position our approximate $6 million in investments with a strategy to possibly spend some income in support of operations and develop an up to date investment policy and to look at the possibility of switching to an endowment to protect the organization into perpetuity. This is NOT a request for an investment manager.
