Dr. Shawn Edwards, Chief Diversity Officer of the Citadel, and specialist on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, will discuss a powerful DEI resource.
Karen Stinson’s Diversity Awareness Profile (DAP) enlightens participants on where they stand with their own thoughts and opinions on diversity and how others perceive them.
Dr. Edwards will provide a review of the profile and explain how she uses the Awareness Spectrum to assist her clients in the DEI efforts.
Continuing the conversation from last month, we'll update our Consultant partners on the transition plans from the Business Partners to the Consultant Collaborative.
