In this month’s Business Partner Zoom call, certified leadership and strategy coach Patrick Jinks (The Jinks Perspective) will lead participants through a technique he uses with boards and teams of all shapes and sizes – The Question Formulation Technique™ (QFT).

The QFT was developed at the Right Question Institute (rightquestion.org), where Patrick is a teaching member. Patrick has also achieved Harvard University’s certificate in the QFT.

In the QFT, answers are NOT the focus. In fact, they are not allowed!

Patrick will give us a real-world QFT activity to open our thinking about race equity. Part of the challenge of finding answers on race equity is that we may not be asking the right questions. What are the right ones? Come and help figure that out!
