I believe learning changes organizations and kindness changes communities.
Throughout my career in higher education, communications, nonprofit leadership, and curriculum development, I have been passionate about helping people grow, connect, and create meaningful impact.
Today, I have the privilege of serving in two complementary roles.
As Learning Programs & Events Manager at Together SC, I design and deliver learning experiences that help nonprofit leaders strengthen governance, leadership, strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness. Through workshops, leadership programs, peer networks, conferences, and webinars, I work alongside nonprofit professionals across South Carolina who are committed to building stronger organizations and stronger communities.
I am also the Founder and Chief Encouragement Officer of The Kindness Accelerator, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and mobilizing intentional kindness. Through educational programs, community initiatives, partnerships, and storytelling, we help people transform kindness from a random act into a daily practice.
My professional journey has included leadership roles in higher education, public relations, digital media, curriculum development, nonprofit management, and community engagement. Across every role, one theme has remained constant: helping people discover their potential and empowering them to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
