Rashida Dillard is the CEO and President of Pathways Beyond Borders, a nonprofit organization committed to breaking down systemic barriers in rural communities through education, empowerment, and economic development. She also serves as an Operations Manager with the South Carolina Community Loan Fund, where she supports operational infrastructure.
With a career rooted in nonprofit leadership and strategic operations, Rashida has successfully developed and implemented a portfolio of impactful programs through Pathways Beyond Borders.
Rashida brings over a decade of experience in program design, operational strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is recognized for her ability to create efficient systems that drive sustainable impact while centering the voices of the communities she serves.
Her leadership continues to strengthen organizational capacity, promote equity, and build scalable models that inspire transformation beyond traditional boundaries.
