Laura Ganci

Dr. Laura Milena Ganci is a bilingual leader in behavioral health, education, and nonprofit strategy, with over 20 years of experience in research, data-driven planning, and interdisciplinary team management. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pattison’s Academy, a Charleston-based organization supporting children with disabilities. Prior to this role, she spent 11 years as Director of Research, Analysis, and Planning at the Children’s Services Council of Broward County, where she was responsible for overseeing the evaluation of almost 150 funded programs and strategic planning efforts through the Broward Children's Strategic Plan. A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, Dr. Ganci earned her Ph.D. in Family Therapy with dissertation research focused on the training experiences of Latinas in the field. Her work is rooted in equity, systems thinking, and measurable community impact.
