Celestial Davis, EdD, YSCA, GCDF

Dr. Celestial Haynes-Price Davis is an educator, workforce development professional, nonprofit leader, and Youth Social Justice Engineer with more than 20 years of experience empowering youth, families, and communities through education, career development, leadership, and advocacy. As the Founder and Executive Director of W.R.A.P. (We Are At Promise Youth Academies) and the UCEN Training Center, she develops innovative programs that connect young people and families with mentoring, workforce opportunities, educational resources, and community support while addressing the root causes of inequity and creating pathways to long-term success.

Professionally, Dr. Davis serves as a Career Advisor with SC Works WIOA Career Services, where she provides case management, career coaching, and employment services to individuals pursuing education, occupational training, industry-recognized credentials, and meaningful careers. Guided by a heart for service and community collaboration, she has built strong partnerships with schools, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, employers, and public agencies throughout South Carolina. Her mission is to restore hope, expand opportunity, and empower youth, families, and communities to recognize their promise, advocate for justice, and reach their fullest potential.
