She delivers dynamic presentations and customized workshops on topics such as board roles and responsibilities, board development and engagement, committee effectiveness, leadership transitions, and healthy board–executive partnerships.
Through coaching and advisory support, Colleen partners with executive directors, board chairs, and boards to strengthen governance structures, navigate leadership challenges, and build high-performing leadership teams.
Colleen is a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant, a long-standing ally of Together SC, and a Certified Interim Executive Director.
