The Innovative Practice provides mission/vision/values-led strategic planning and execution guidance for nonprofits in the mental health, Veteran-founded and social impact spaces. My areas of concentration include nonprofit governance, strategic planning, board development, operations, leadership, team building, executive coaching and training. My mission is to help you maximize yours!
My background includes:
* >10 years of progressive leadership including senior executive roles
* Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans with clear, measurable results
* Experience with administering HR functions and goal setting tied to overall strategic plan and values- alignment
* Experience managing collaborative remote teams
* Experience working effectively with volunteer boards and committees
* Ability to balance big picture strategy with tactical execution
* Proven ability to motivate and develop strong teams
* Proven ability to build high-performing mission-drive cultures
