Organization Overview

I never planned to do this. I'd spent years rolling my eyes at consultants.

After 15 years inside education and nonprofits, I hit a wall. I was depleted, stretched too thin, and increasingly sure I was working on the wrong problem. I kept getting hired to fix programs and strategy, and kept finding the real issue underneath: people who couldn't communicate, teams stuck in dysfunction, and leaders carrying everything alone.

A former boss who'd started her own company asked me to support her growing team. That was the start. One referral led to another. Career coaching, then facilitation, then mediating a leadership-team conflict, then deeper one-on-one work.

Somewhere in there it clicked: these people-and-leadership challenges show up everywhere there are people. My first client outside education made things with PhDs in explosives. I knew nothing about the subject and was still able to help, because the human side of leading is the same everywhere.

That's the practice now. I help nonprofit CEOs lead through change without burning out.

What that looks like:
-> One-on-one executive coaching as a real partnership, not a package of sessions
-> On-demand support between sessions, so you're never stuck on a hard moment alone
-> Help getting focused, making decisions, building team trust, and setting boundaries that hold
-> Facilitation and team work for leadership groups in transition or conflict

I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach and trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. Now I help nonprofit CEOs in their first five years get out of constant crisis mode and build a way of leading they can sustain.
