Ford Legacy Consulting works with nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and leaders who are looking for thoughtful support as they grow, change, and strengthen their impact.
Grounded in nearly two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, the work includes strategic planning, organizational development, change management, community engagement, fundraising support, and leadership coaching. Ford Legacy Consulting also works directly with executives, emerging leaders, and first-time people leaders who are developing their leadership style, learning how to lead others well, and navigating the challenges that come with greater responsibility.
My approach is people-centered and practical. The goal is to create space for honest reflection, ask the right questions, and help leaders and organizations identify what they need to move forward in a clear, thoughtful, and sustainable way.
