Founded in 2000, The Boland Group, dba Mission Driven Search is a boutique firm that specializes in conducting CEO searches for nonprofit boards. The firm averages five C-suite searches a year, including five in SC since 2021: CEO for the SC Community Loan Fund (SCCLF) in Columbia, President for SCCLF in Greenville and SCCLF CFO in Charleston; Executive Director for LISC Upstate SC, and the head of Planning for the City of Spartanburg.
