Founded in 2000, The Boland Group (Mission Driven Search) is a boutique firm that specializes in conducting CEO searches for community nonprofit boards. The firm has recruited 27 CEOs & Executive Directors, including six C-Suite leaders in SC: CEO for Together SC (2024); CEO for the SC Community Loan Fund (SCCLF) in Columbia (2021), CEO for the SC Community Loan Fund (SCCLF) in Charleston (2025); President for SCCLF in Greenville (2021) and SCCLF CFO in Charleston (2021); Executive Director for LISC Upstate SC (2021), and head of Planning for the City of Spartanburg (2024).
