Alison Voravudhi Consulting

I provide consulting services to nonprofit and mission-driven organizations across South Carolina, with a focus on policies, procedures, and program documentation. Drawing on a Master of Social Work with a Nonprofit Management emphasis and licensure as an LMSW, I help organizations build the operational infrastructure needed to run high-quality programs, from program design and clinical/program policy manual development to community needs assessments, and full evaluation frameworks.

My background spans nonprofit board leadership, development, and program coordination roles, giving me firsthand experience with the compliance, funding, and staffing pressures nonprofits face. I have a strong background working with organizations serving Latino and Spanish-speaking communities, offering fully bilingual (English/Spanish) services as needed.

I partner with organizations that have the programs and mission clarity in place but lack the internal staff time or specialized capacity to formalize that work into clear, usable policies and procedures or evaluation plans.
