At long last, the 2022 SC Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study is available for your use!
And boy, is it chock-full of data to guide your compensation and HR decisions.
The Together SC team is grateful to the nearly 500 nonprofits that completed the survey, to Kahle Strategic Insights for their analysis and guidance, and to the funders who helped make this incredible effort possible.
This 80+ page Study is filled with tables, graphs and data on 41 job titles. It provides a sector-wide analysis of what it will take to ensure our strategic objective of having a pipeline full of diverse and talented professionals to lead our organizations going forward.

What happens now? This is when the real work begins.
Together SC has retained Stop-Gap Solutions (that's me) to help members tackle the implications of these findings.
- We're thrilled many of our foundaiton partners are planning on hosting regional gatherings to discuss the findings and, more importantly, what can be done to address the issues raised. Spartanburg Joint Funders are hosting a December session.
- For individual questions or concerns, I'm available every Thursday in November from 12:00pm - 2:00pm to meet by zoom or phone.
- I am also glad to help you share the findings with your Board of Directors.
