Together SC is proud to bring BoardStrong to South Carolina! Watch the latest webinar.

Our goal is to build the pipeline of volunteer leaders for nonprofit board service and help our member organizations recruit skilled, engaged board members that represent the communities they serve.

Such leaders will be the new champions for South Carolina's nonprofit organizations.

BoardStrong is a national, online, searchable database that helps match interested community-minded individuals with nonprofit organizations hoping to utilize their talent.

Nonprofits can search by skill set or interest to find a potential board member, committee member, or volunteer.

BoardStrong will offer rising stars from Bridging Columbia and other local leadership programs and civic organizations from across the state an easy way to find nonprofit organizations whose missions match their passions and to reach out about getting involved. Volunteers can search my geography, mission and other requirements.

Participation is free for all interested volunteer leaders. 

And, thanks to Together SC's sponsorship, it is also free for Together SC member nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. 

Nonprofits are encouraged to complete their profiles this fall if seeking potential board members for Spring 2024.
