Chamlee McGuire

After years (over 20) of work in the nonprofit sector, Chamlee launched Heightened Development with the vision of being a support and thought partner to change leaders. Chamlee is skilled in long-range planning and helping to design structures and systems that allow leaders to reasonably implement their big goals daily. Chamlee's experience in the sector allows her to work alongside leaders with an understanding of what works, of the challenges that come up, and of the tools and supports that are often most helpful in moving the needle. Chamlee has supported organizations through all types of growth and change, including building organizations and programming from scratch, managing change during periods of extreme growth, and navigating organizations through mergers and intentional partnerships.
