Sharp Brain Consulting is an organizational development firm that utilizes brain education to improve outcomes at public service organizations. We provide organizational support through training and consulting services. Our education department works specifically with schools, and our women’s department works with women who want to be better leaders in their communities.
Sharp Brain Consulting was launched in 2017 by our founder, Jessica Sharp. At that time, Jessica worked in human resources and wondered if organizational issues could be better solved if organizations focused on training and development. Jessica’s brain expertise created the foundation for the work we do today.
