Board members are the behind-the-scenes leaders of non-profit
organizations, but a majority of nonprofit organizations
struggle to engage their board members effectively.

This training will introduce Together SC’s Guiding Principles and Best Practices for nonprofits and provide some specific tools to help you improve your board’s performance.

Trainer:

Ellen’s background includes more than 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational development and she has held a number of positions as an internal and external consultant.
